I had the best car buying experience ever! I purchased a used truck, sight unseen. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle, I am definitely coming back to Truck Ranch. David V and the rest of the Truck Ranch American Fork team was amazing. David was professional, responsive and not at all pushy. I wasn't in a hurry to purchase so David periodically checked in and answered my questions very quickly. David provided additional videos and pictures at my request since I live out of state and could not see the vehicle in person. Dillon and David also provided supporting repair order documentation that I had asked for. The final piece was vehicle titling which was also extremely easy and pain-free. The buying experience was absolutely fantastic. It was amazingly smooth with zero hiccups. I live out of state so was concerned about the delivery of the vehicle having not seen it. It was extremely fast (actually delivered one day early) with zero problems. Thank you again for such and amazing buying experience. Having read other reviews for Truck Ranch, I know my experience was not an anomaly but rather business as usual. Kudos to the entire team for making my purchase such a great experience. Your customer service is A+. Thank you again!! I'll be back when I need another vehicle.

I bought a truck about a year ago. The truck has run well with little issues, and as soon as the dealership knew about them, they took care of all the issues. Dillon was great to work with.

My truck buying experience at Truck Ranch was great. Jason and Dillon both did a great job working with me in getting me the truck I needed. I don’t live in Utah so we had to do everything online but Jason did a terrific job showing the details of the truck and explained all the options and costs. When all my questions were answered I flew into Slat Lake and Jason sent a Cadillac Eldorado to pick me up. The paper work was done in record time. The whole experience went smoothly and without any issue. I am very grateful to Jason and Dillon and would recommend them and Truck Ranch to anyone!

It was a fresh shopping experience working with a group that understands needs and worked with my concerns through the whole process. The finance guys made it happen when my local bank drug their feet on a loan, sales guys were prompt to respond to messages, detail guys made the truck feel new off the lot and the office was a very comfortable low pressure environment. FINALY, A SALESMAN I CAN TRUST and enjoyed working with. Seriously. I hate buying cars! And that is coming from someone who sold cars for years. I know the game, I know the techniques, and know what to expect. When I was first approached by Xavier, I will admit, I was not the kindest customer. But Xavier was absolutely amazing. Not only did he put up with me when I first met him, but he went above and beyond to earn my business. First off, Xavier showed me the upmost respect and listened to me, and what I was looking for. He payed attention to the details of what I liked and didn't like. He only showed me trucks that were in my price range and with the features that I was looking to have. He even presenting options that I had not otherwise thought about. The cherry on top is when he surprised me with a truck with some of they key features that my wife wanted. Xavier was absolutely amazing to work and was an advocate for me when negotiating. The Management and Finance team- I had the privilege of working with Jesse, Dillon and Russ. All three of them were very professional and did everything in their power to make sure that I got into a Truck that I loved. Came down expecting to get the typical Run around that every car dealer gives you. Was pleasantly surprised, Xavier Greeted me with a smile... sat me down and showed genuine interest for what i was looking for, made the process super easy, quick and stress free. (Was literally in and out within an hour). Xavier's sales manager, Dillon was quick to come introduce himself and make sure I was properly being taken care of. This was the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had. I was incredibly nervous buying a car from 1300 miles and three states away. But Dillon and Xavier were amazing. They answered my questions before I asked them. Everything that happened was exactly how they said it would be. They were completely honest and put me at ease. After I wired money or signed paper work they were ahead of me letting me know they received it and everything was good. I was trusted them so much I sent my 25 year old daughter to o them and they took car if her and sold her a jeep. And the experience was exactly the same. The prices we purchased our vehicles for was less expensive than anywhere we found. In a world where it seems like integrity has fallen by the way side , Dillon And Xavier have resorted my faith in humanity. Thank you Truck Ranch from the state of Texas.
