After several months of searching for the perfect pickup for me, I found my pickup at Truck Ranch in Logan, UT. This being the first vehicle that I have bought without my dad, I was worried that I would screw up. Talisa made the purchase smooth and seemless, along with her team John and Logan. They game me options on term and payment. The financing APR was significantly better than I was pre approved for. Logan explained waxh form in detail before I signed and her gave me time to read them. I did not feel pushed or rushed through the process. I feel like we both came out ahead on a great deal for a great truck!!! On my way home, the check engine light came on and it was hard to fuel. The pump kept kicking off. I let them know immediately about the issue. Not only did they stay in contact with me, but continued to check in daily throughout the diagnosis and repair of the fuel filler neck. They even took care of the repair. Talk about amazing customer service and follow through after the sale. I would highly recommend Truck Ranch in Logan, UT for your next purchase!
