Other out-of-state dealers seemed like they didn’t want to deal out-of-state purchases BUT Truck Ranch never even hesitated! They were so accommodating and went out of their way to make it happen. Jose helped me with my purchase and he was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They took care of everything so quickly! Great customer service from anybody that answered the phone and from Jose who helped me out. There was also no issue with my own transportation/shipping. When the truck arrived at my house it was extremely clean even though it just made an almost 800 mile trip. Seems like they waxed the truck which helped. The truck exceeded my expectations. Bought a Truck at Truck Ranch off the Internet. Shipped the truck within a week and the first day i got it there was a leak from the engine. Called the Dealer and they worked with me to find a shop near me since i was not local and took care of the repair bill. Top notch Dealer would recommend to anyone. This is a stand up Dealer!!
